Know before you go

Program times are assigned upon registration in the Sales Center.
All tour participants must complete a WAIVER prior to registration. Parents must complete for all minors.
Life jackets are mandatory for all dolphin swim participants.
Visitors do not have to be strong swimmers, but should be comfortable in deep water with the life jacket.
To ensure the safety of animals and guests, personal cameras, cell phones, GoPros or other electronic devices may not be brought onto the platform during the animal program.
Professional photography and video staff will capture your interaction with the animals which can be sent to you digitally after your session (additional fee). Be sure to stop by the photo lab to order these special souvenirs of your once-in-a-lifetime experience before you leave Blue Lagoon Island.

Guests ages 6-12 must be accompanied in the water by a responsible, ticketed parent/guardian participating in the activity. Parent/guardian must be at least 18 years of age.
Guests ages 13-17 must be accompanied on the island by a parent/guardian (ticketed on any program).
Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs to access the platform.
Guests ages 5 and younger are not allowed to participate in the swim with dolphins program and can observe for free if attended to at the dock by a responsible parent/guardian with any program ticket.
No drones, scuba gear or metal detectors are allowed on the island.
No outside food or drinks are allowed on the island.
Blue Lagoon Island reserves the right to refuse service to any guest under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drug.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked program. Groups may require a longer cancellation period depending on size.
Refunds will not be issued for guests who do not meet program requirements due to age, physical condition, maternity reasons, or who violate company policies.
Rain or shine! There are no refunds for bad weather unless Blue Lagoon Island cancels the tour.
Blue Lagoon Island reserves the right, under certain circumstances, to omit specific behaviors or interactions from animal programs.
