Swim with dolphins. A magical experience

Ven Conmigo Tours invites you to swim with dolphins, an amazing one hour interaction with dolphins. A program that will give you a fabulous experience with one of our bottlenose dolphins, one of over 30 species of dolphins in the world!
The trainer will do a previous preparation to orient, after that you will be able to enter the natural habitat of these impressive animals, share with them and learn a lot about their life in the sea! In addition during this interaction you will meet, hug, caress and have fun with them in the deep waters for the first half of the program, and then enjoy even more with them in our private lagoon beach area for the remaining half hour, this encounter will be more intimate! and includes an awesome dorsal tow, star spins, cradling and cuddling the dolphin too. Lastly you will experience an exciting foot push with a boogie board!

• All guests must complete a Disclaimer form prior to registering. Parents must fill it out for all minors.
• Life jackets are mandatory for all participants in the Swim with Dolphins.
• Visitors do not have to be great swimmers, but they should be comfortable in deep water with a life jacket.

• To ensure the safety of our animals and guests, no personal cameras, cell phones, GoPros or other electronic devices may be brought onto the platform during the animal program.

• Our professional photography and video staff will capture your interaction with the animals and can be sent to you digitally after your session (additional charge). Be sure to stop by the photo lab to order these special souvenirs of your once-in-a-lifetime experience before you leave The Island in the Blue Lagoon.

• The Dolphin Swim is available for guests ages 6 and up.

• Guests ages 6-12 must be accompanied in the water by a responsible parent/guardian with a ticket to participate in the Swim with Dolphins. The parent/guardian must be at least 18 years of age.

• Visitors ages 13-17 must be accompanied on the island by a parent/guardian (ticketed on any program).

  Guests must have the ability to walk up and down stairs to access the platform.

• Pregnant women are not allowed in the Swim with Dolphins program.

• Visitors ages 5 and under are not allowed to participate in the Swim with Dolphins program and may watch for free if attended at the pier by a responsible parent/guardian with any program ticket.

• Drones, scuba equipment and metal detectors are not allowed on the island.

• Food or drinks from outside are not allowed to enter the island.

• The Blue Lagoon Island reserves the right to refuse service to any guest under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drug.

• No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reserved program. Groups may require a longer cancellation period depending on size.
• No refunds will be made in the case of guests who do not meet the program requirements for reasons of age, physical condition, maternity or who violate company policies.
• Let’s go rain or shine! There are no refunds for bad weather unless the tour is canceled by Blue Lagoon Island.
• Blue Lagoon Island reserves the right, in certain circumstances, to omit specific behaviors or interactions from programs with animals.

• If you or a member of your party have special needs, please let us know and a Ven Conmigo Tours representative will let you know if this program is a good fit.

• Guests using wheelchairs, scooters or other mobility aids must inform us of this, so that we can determine, assist and access the situation appropriately.
